FAQ'S


Please be aware that our products are handmade using natural materials such as wood and MDF. Using natural materials means we can only work with the material in the state it is, although we do our best to ensure your product is perfect. Occasionally imperfections such as wood grain, knots etc will effect such things as how smooth an engraving is or the painting conditions. This may effect the appearance of your product.   

I Placed an order, how do I change it

If you accidentally chose the wrong item/size or would like to change products ordered please email us at bellajaxdesign@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. After this time we may be unable to change your order without occurring an extra charge. 

Shipping

We offer postage charges dependent upon size and weight, at this stage we do not offer postage outside of AUS. If you can not find a shipping option for your area/address please contact us at bellajaxdesign@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

I ordered the wrong size

Unfortunately exchanges or refunds cannot be made for choosing the wrong size after 12 hours, please ensure you are ordering the correct size, for a sizing guide please refer to our product descriptions. 

Ive changed my mind and want to cancel my order.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Bella Jax Design, a 10% restocking fee will be taken if refund offered. We do not refund change of mind orders or personalised products. 

Using a Discount Code

Once you are at the checkout enter your correct promotional code into the discount bar and click 'Apply'.

If you are checking out on a mobile device please click "Show order summary" and the discount box is in the drop down.

If your code does not work please contact us at bellajaxdesign@gmail.com so we can make sure you aren't overpaying.

Wooden Name Plaques and Letters.
We do not accept refunds on items that contain personalized names due to the nature of them being custom made. 
We pack our items with care, to ensure they get to you safely, however if something is to happen in transit, we require you to contact us via email with pictures so that we can help fix any issue as best we can. 

Liability for accidents or misuse of products.

Bella Jax Design products state will not hold responsibility for any failure to read the product description and safety instructions. Any accidents or occurrences due to the misuse or mistreatment of any products will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please ensure all care is taken and instructions are followed to ensure this does not occur. 

 My Item is Faulty

We aim for a high standard at all times & check everything before it leaves our property, however if you unfortunately receive a faulty item we will work as quickly as possible to get the problem rectified. Please send us an email with photo of the defect/fault to bellajaxdesign@gmail.com.
